The Green Backyard is delighted to welcome Jason Pettitt and his amazing pedal powered cinema!
Come and enjoy a film in our beautiful community garden which will be entirely powered by the ultimate renewable energy - a specially adapted bicycle. Jason will be asking people to come... up and lend a hand (or leg) with the peddaling, but don't worry it's not obligatory.
We're scheduled to start at 9pm but it might need to be a bit later as semi-darkness is needed for good viewing.
We're planning on showing Baraka, an incredible non verbal film which was filmed in 24 countries over 6 continents and and shows the best, and worst elements of natural and human life. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baraka_(film)
