Description: Use your self awareness to improve your health by taking this hour to explore your own awareness of how your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies interact. Frequently we are not conscious of how we respond to everyday events and only recognise something is wrong when we have an ache or a pain. Ergonomics is not just the height of something affecting us, but many other factors come into Play. Come and do that, children learn through play, using your inner child explore your being. Body Logic is the name of the game.
