From Saturday 15th to Friday 21st June Peterborough celebrated Adult Learners Week, an event designed to encourage adults back into education and guide them towards better career prospects. The week was hosted by the National Institute of Continuing Adult Education (NIACE), which is a member-led, non-governmental charity committed to encouraging adults to learn a wide range of skills.
Greeniversity project officers Karen Lawrence and Robbie Gallagher travelled to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs offices at Clifton House for a day event to promote Greeniversity as a tool for passing on free green skills for adults. They had a smashing time and introduced a lot of people to the best website in the world... Greeniversity!
