Greeniversity was invited to attend a conference hosted by the Muslim Community Reference Group on Saturday July 17th. The event was held at Gladstone Community Centre which was host to around 100 people on the day, and brought together various key speakers from the Federation of Muslim Organisations (FMO) and Peterborough schools.
The talks focused on community cohesion and leadership, from the perspective of minority groups and school children. The atmosphere was lively at the Greeniversity stall with many people interested in signing up for courses. Hopefully this will strengthen the diversity and range of courses Greeniversity has to offer.
